Why did the Apple IIgs not come with native stereo support from the rear audio jack? We don’t know. But we fixed it.

The LiteSound Apple IIgs Stereo Audio Interface by Bob Darlington gives you one very simple feature: stereo sound on your Apple IIgs. Plug it into an empty slot, connect it to the J25 audio header and install the rear audio cable and it just works! No drivers or additional setup is required: programs either support stereo or they don’t.

The card is transparent to slot operations, using the slot only for power. This means you can put it into any slot without the need to change settings in the Control Panel!
