Description
What is it?
This is a small digital video adapter that plugs into the video port on the back of the Apple IIc or Apple IIc+. It runs Mike Neil’s A2CDVI firmware which the RP2040 microcontroller uses to convert the various video signals to reconstruct the video output in TDMS format. It outputs video to a monitor using the DVI format via an HDMI connector and supports 720x480p or 640x480p resolution.
What makes it special?
This is a new and very inexpensive open source solution to output video from the Apple IIc and IIc+ to modern monitors. This design is open source itself and open hardware.
What do I get with this order
You will receive a completed, flashed and tested board, installed in a 3D printed case and shipped in an antistatic bag. We hand test each board on an Apple IIc before shipping.
