These are new old stock Farallon EtherMac 10Base-T Transceivers. Model Number PN512B, for using AAUI ports with Ethernet.

They are ‘Twisted Pair’ 10-BaseT Ethernet (RJ-45).  Due to the age of this standard, these transceivers may or may not work with modern gigabit ethernet switches.  If you have a 10/100 switch, very likely there will be no issues.
